Our Vision is to be a vital, intergenerational, engaged, theologically rooted community of servants, sent by God to pour out Christ’s living water along Colorado’s Western Slope.
Our Mission is to drink up that we might pour out Christ’s living water for a thirsty world.
How are we making progress?
We have a mandate to involve 100% of our congregation in active service in our community on behalf of Jesus’ Name. Four years ago we added “One Square Meal” to our already full congregational outreach plate. A church house grown ministry, we prepare and serve Friday lunches during the summer to adults and children in a local housing project…literally bringing living water to hungry people. In 2017 we served a total of 462 meals during 8 weeks. We’re up to a whole lot more. Check the “Serving” tab to see how you can be a vessel for channelling Christ’s living water.
We’ve claimed a mission tag line: “drinking up . pouring out . Christ’s living water,” attempting to make sense of our local, geographical location on the banks of two rivers which also happen to cut through high desert.
We covet your prayers for boldness, clarity, and the necessary spiritual gifts to fulfill our vision of being a people sent to serve living water in Jesus’ Name.
