Welcome. Meaningful prayer. A relevant message. A group of people trying to make sense of who Jesus is in order to serve others in His name. This and more is what you can expect to experience on any given Sunday morning.
As to the specifics: while we maintain a pattern of worship rooted in “the Reformed tradition”, we also recognize that we worship in the 21st Century. Which means, we infuse every worship event with some variety and creative expression within the tradition. So, sometimes, we worship outside. Sometimes, we use media. Sometimes, we are quiet. And, yes, sometimes, we are very traditional…most often when we celebrate the Lord’s Supper on the first Sunday of the month.
What determines how we experience worship together is the story itself: God’s story revealed in Scripture and encountered in Jesus Christ.
What will we will not stray from is this: each and every Sunday, Jesus’ message of love, hope, reconciliation, challenge will ground why we have gathered together and why we will return to our homes, work places, and where we have fun. Our mission is simple: to draw from the source of life, letting the parched places in our hearts and lives be watered by grace that we might to molded into vessels who pour out Christ’s living waters to others.
